Lily Boutique - More Window Shopping - Fall Style

It does not appear that Lily Boutique is in their full Fall gear just yet. However, as it says on their website, they are always adding new things. Plus, a lot of their items can be versatile since they are neutral colors. Here are a couple of items I liked that would be cute in the fall, including some jackets and one top they claim is summer, but I think I know how to bring it into fall easily!

1. Army Green Jacket - $35.00
The belted look has been in for at least the last couple of years. I think it's great also because it allows you to highlight your figure and keep in touch with a more classic and feminine look. This army green jacket kind of crosses that line from masculine soldier to old fashioned heroine. You can wear it over anything really, but I kind of like the idea of wearing it over a floral dress or top to really highlight that mesh between super sweet and more heavy-handed.

2. Floral Top - $32.00

The ladies at Lily call this a summer top. However, I think I know just how to get this shirt straight into the fall. See, the olive green flowers that dominate this top are a perfect fall color. If you pair this with a light colored, long cardi and a pair of leggings, I think it would be super cute for the fall. It is super feminine, detailed by the layered bottom and the length is very cute. The neck is also very complimentary for a scarf or very cute little necklace. 

3. Geometric Shape Scarf - $13.00

As usual, I am always looking for cute scarves. I really like the turquoise and choice of geometric shapes for this scarf. If you are wearing a simple black t-shirt with jeans, this scarf will add a pop to your outfit without adding a lot of color. You could even wear a pair of turquoise heels to really add a polished look.

4. Gray Puffy Jacket - $36.00

This puffy coat is very unique. I like the gathering on the sleeves and torso of the coat to add extra detail to what could otherwise be a very boring piece. If you wear this with a cute scarf or hat on cold days, you can really help this very basic coat shine. I also really like the collar. When I look for coats, one of the biggest things I search for is a good collar. Collars are a simple necessity in coats, but if they are cute, it really shows more of who you are in your clothing. 

5. Sailor Sweater - $33.00

I can't really say a whole lot about this sweater, I mean, just look at it. The puffed cap on the sleeves is very cute, the stripes are always great and I like the nautical theme for the buttons. Put this simply over a navy blue tank and you have something you can wear with slacks for work, or jeans for school or going out. Just be weary of accessories. I think a simple pair of gold earrings and your staple, simple necklace with a pendant is enough. You should allow the shirt to do its job in being the star of your outfit. 

6. 3-in-1 Pea Coat - $42.00

This jacket is one of my favorite finds of the day. The reason, it is absolutely versatile. You can check it out on their website, but this coat can be your average pea coat, or you can unzipper the waste to be a short bolero-style jacket, or make it a skirt and bolero jacket. I love the material with its little sheen and it has a very clean and classic look.
